The regular program is intended for those of you who want to directly apply your competencies in the work area where you are placed. The Management Trainee Program is an acceleration program for new graduates who have a high leadership spirit and are willing to learn to be projected to occupy management positions. While the internship program is intended for those of you who have not graduated but want to experience the real work.
